CTR performs UST removals for a reasonable cost with our own Crews and Equipment. After we perform the UST Removal our in house Geologist performs and completes the required Site Assessment for the IL State Fire Marshal (OSFM).

We make Environmental Issues associated with USTs and Vehicle Lifts intelligible and simple to understand for everyone. When a UST has leaked CTR performs the Site Remediation, Environmental Oversight, Soil Sampling and compiles a 20-45 Corrective Action Completion Report (CACR) which we submit to the IL EPA LUST Section to obtain an NFR for the client at a reasonable price.

When we perform a UST Removal and it is discovered the UST has leaked CTR performs the SR at a financially reasonable price because all work is performed in house with our own Equipment – excavators and dump trucks – and with our own Crews: Operators, Laborers, Geologists and Professional Engineers.

In 2021, CTR obtained twenty (15) NFR Letters for clients.
